Pricing Research

Please help monitor post-storm costs by reporting any price changes you see to pricing@xactware.com. Include contact information, the affected city, the item in question, and any supporting information.

Training

Xactimate Flood Estimating
The latest update of Xactimate® version 28 contains a wide range of important new flood estimatingfeatures. The new upgrades help you quickly build compliant estimates and create the required reports. For more, watch the Xactware Webcast, “From Start to Finish: Estimating Flood Claims in Xactimate.”

Property InSight
Property InSightTM data is available for homes and businesses in many flood-affected regions to help you estimate much more efficiently. You can even get started before the flood waters have completely receded.

Property InSight data includes 3D structural diagrams with all dimensions, including the roof and walls with the exact placement of doors and windows. It also includes building material identification, decks, outbuildings, awnings, driveways and other concrete flatwork, and much more additional information on building features and the surrounding lot. You can order Property InSight from Xactimate or XactAnalysis.

Here’s one way to order from Xactimate:

  1. From the Project tab, select “Request Property Data.”
  2. Enter information about the structure and click OK.
  3. Go to the XactAnalysis communications pane and click Connect to send the request.

Xactware will notify you when the data package is ready to be downloaded into Xactimate.
